Wedding coordination planning process 


we begin with a 2-hour meeting. This begins the process and we begin making an action plan so you know exactly what to expect 60 days prior to your wedding.

We'll set you up with your online project portal to use throughout the process, so everything is organized and you can also see what we are working on at any time! 

Our structured process makes the most of your time, with a 1 hour on-site venue walk through to confirm all logistics + details and email communication with all vendors 30 days prior to your wedding date, 

Our highly trained and certified team will manage your ceremony rehearsal, and your wedding day from start to finish- we will ensure that your day is seamless and that no detail is overlooked.

*Depending on your specific event, the package price increases from the starting price based on these factors, which affect staffing, difficulty level, timing + hours to plan, and other planning parameters. Because no two weddings are alike, we want to ensure you get exactly what you need, and also that you don't pay for what you don't.
