With much of the wedding already planned, we can assist with picking out the rest of the vendors, the timeline of the event, and more. It is perfect for the couple who has an idea of what they want out of their wedding day and want to be very hands on, but aren't quite sure where to start. We help to fill in all of the gaps and answer any of the questions you might have while also providing input and an overall design plan.
When your wedding is fully planned, we'll take over for the day itself beginning at least 6 weeks out. From a detailed timeline to setting up your decor, we will be there to ensure your day is effortless. We'll be the point of contact and manage the schedule between the bridal party, event staff, and vendors.
Beginning with a in-depth consultation, we will work to design a concept that perfectly matches your vision and tells your love story. We will create a design plan fully customized to you. No matter what style you choose, your designs will be executed in a flawless and fun fashion.
For the couples that want to go on an adventure! We love to travel and would absolutely love to plan your special day far away. We can travel worldwide.

At this point we have reviewed your questionnaire, understand your vision. We make sure that we are a good fit then so that we can create a detailed proposal and designs that will truly tell your love story
After our initial phone call reviewing your questionnaire we will set up an over the phone or in person consultation. This meeting will last about an hour, we will go over the proposal and discuss all items on the proposal. After we have answered all your questions we will walk through the process and the Wandering Blooms experience.
After the consultation, to secure your date, you will need to sign our contract. We will send you a welcome email and set up our next meetings.

the cost of your event
Our typical weddings can range from $4,000- $25,000. Our pricing is dependent on many things including; the number of guests, design style, services needed and location.
All weddings will receive a detailed proposal that we help you understand and explain the way your budget is allocated. This gives us the opportunity to discuss our services and process, and allows you the opportunity to ask questions so that you can truly understand where your money goes, and just how much it buys. We will spend what it takes to create the experience you want, but never more than is necessary. A wedding is a major investment. We will look after your budget as if it were our own.
DO I HAVE TO LIVE IN TEXAS OR WASHINGTON TO BOOK WITH YOU?
No! We travel worldwide and would LOVE to come to you where ever you are!
DO YOU CHARGE FOR PROPOSALS AND CONSULTATIONS?
No, we do not charge. We understand you need to find someone that you love and that is within your budget. We hope you go with us but understand you might need to chat with other designers before making that investment.
CAN ITEMS CHANGE ON THE CONTRACT AFTER BOOKING WITH YOU?
Absolutely! We understand that booking a year out things might have to be adjusted. We do have a minimum for each service, so as long as you stay within that there should be no problem at all.
DO YOU HAVE EMPLOYEES?
Yes! I have an amazing team of highly qualified employees that are ready to tell your love story through our work!
WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING FEE & DEPOSITS?
To secure your date you must sign the contract and submit A 30%-%50 retainer (based on your project total). You then will be set up on automatic payments leading up to your wedding date. All of this is done easily online and payments can be made with your credit/ debit or banking information.
FOR FLORALS, DO ALL OF THE DESIGNS FOR MY EVENT HAVE TO COME FROM YOU?
Yes. We do have a strict exclusivity clause in our contracts that states that all designs are to be made by us. This helps us maintain a consistent reputation and uphold brand standards.
DO YOU PREFER MEETING IN PERSON OR CHATTING VIA PHONE?
Either works for me! I make sure to have an extremely open line of communication, for some, that means texting back and forth and others, it can be grabbing a coffee and looking over your Pinterest board together. I am here to make this process as stress free and fun as possible!
WHAT IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL OUR WEDDING OR EVENT?
Unfortunately, things happen and we understand that. This is all laid out in our contract and you are able to access it at any time after booking with us.
